I definitely believe who ever harmed that family either had been stalking them or had a relation with one of the victims. Either way their is too much ambiguity to the fact of what really occured according to police evidence. It was most likely contaminated and mistakes were made thus making it a forgotten case. Sure you could try to investigat the present in order to find out what went wrong in the past, however, the dust does hide the carelesness of those who tried to iinvestigate the crime. Call me critical but four people were brutally and savagely murdered. If those four americans were in somalia we would role up in tanks and nave gun ships, but it happend on our own soil so its no big deal. The investigators should find out who did this and punish them according to the law. We are a free society of thinkers and our justice system needs to rethink its approach on the priorities of investiagtion of crimes and the ethis that are required to capture those responsible. Evil unchecked is a checkmate against

That could very well be Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Talking about it gives him ticks. Even if he was on something, I wouldn't hold it against him, really. He knew those people and that's probably the most horrifying thing that's ever happened so close to his home.

Not always does a facial twitch prove that a person is on drugs, although you are all WRONG in your guesses as to which drug. His reaction perfectly gives away the symptoms of one using or experiencing DTs from Ecstasy.......used by many of the population of Plumas County...............and perfectly right across the street from the courthouse since throughout the years it's been quite suspected that ALL public officials use or peddle drugs in that county.

He knows something we don't or his girlfriend does. People don't just go around Freaking out about something unless they have something to do with it, And he is right the kids Had to of heard or seen something.

I agree that he is PROBABLY on something, and honestly, I wouldn't take this guy seriously... But the girlfriends reaction is what got me. She was big on not letting him talk to these people and it says that in the transcript. I dunno... I'm thinking this is all bigger then we think.

that guy acts like he is on meth...he has those mouth movements of a meth user ..forgive me for saying that if it is not true but it is weird..
